Julie Jerman-Melka is a metalsmith and jewelry designer who creates this Gentle Current Series of fine art jewelry. She uses basalt stones, sterling silver and fine gemstones in all her designs.
Julie works with her husband and art partner, Jeff, who does all the drilling and coring of the stones. Together they create this unique blend of earthy, elegant art pieces suitable for all budgets.
Julie and Jeff show their work at juried art shows nationwide. Brenda McMahon Gallery is among a select group of fine craft galleries that carries their work year round.
