I wanted to design the pieces Begin and End making the viewer think about starting and stopping in various aspects of their lives. This piece uses two street signs. One directional with an arrow and the other the word End. The subject is a sculpture I took a picture of at the Kroller- Muller museum in the village of Otterlo in the Netherlands. The sculptor was Aristide Maillol and the title is L'Air or The Sky.
