Mollygator

I was introduced to a new friend, her name is Molly and she is a marine scientist. She showed me photos of herself with an alligator. Around the same time, I had found an old print ad for laundry detergent. In this painting, I tried my best to have the subject resemble Molly while replacing the detergent with an alligator skull. I was going for a sort of Florida take on the vintage print media.
