Ella is the name of my daughter and is a professional ballerina. The subject of this piece is a ballerina sculpture that I took a picture of when my wife and I visited the Kroller - Muller museum in the village of Otterlo in the Netherlands. I used an extreme perspective on the shot sometimes called a dog eye view. She is looking down on the viewer. I split the command of the street sign in half so her head was emphasized.
