Awards

SUBMISSSION DETAILS:

1. Each artist may submit up to 3 original pieces per entry. No more than 2 pieces per artist will be accepted. No larger than 40" x 40".

2. Photography is eligible. AI generated art is ineligible.

3. All paintings & wall art must be wired and ready to hang. Sculptures must fit on 12x12 - 14x14 pedastals or free standing.

4. No reproductions.

WHEN APPLYING:

– PROVIDE Title, medium, size, dimension (including the frame), and price of each piece submitted. The gallery will receive a 40% commission on all work sold. Please price your work accordingly.

– Wall Art: Enter ONLY the outer frame dimensions, please. We use this to determine space allocation. Artwork must be no larger than 40" x 40"

– ENSURE all images are of good quality, are representative of the original, and exclude the frame. These images will also be used in the online gallery.

– Images: Only one image for 2-D work necessary.

– You MUST correctly label each image BEFORE YOU UPLOAD them. Use format: LastName_ FirstName_Title_size_price

- Include a short description of the technique.

ACCEPTED WORK:

– All 2-D work must be securely wired across for hanging to work with our hanging system. 

– Work must be hand-delivered to Brenda McMahon Gallery, 2901 Beach Boulevard S., #104, Gulfport, Florida June 23 - 25. No other delivery dates will be accepted.

- Artist is responsible for all delivery & shipping costs if not picked up.

• Gallery commission is 40% on all sales.
