This is a hand carved Sanskrit Om. It is made with stoneware clay and mounted on a simple black frame. It measures 8" x 8" and is designed to hang on the wall.
Om is the most common yoga & meditation art symbol which represents the unification of body, mind & breath. When these three are in alignment, we are then consciously connected with spirit and thus 'present' to our true essence. Om or Aum, also a vocalization, reminds practitioners to stay rooted in the present while engaging in everyday activities. This hand-made Om vibrates with presence and resonates with both beginner and advanced yogis.
