Vickie Louden - Abstract Painting

Vickie Loudon is a self-taught painter who loves paint, texture and layer. She found her freedom while working with fast drying acrylic paints and abstract concepts.

Vicki works with many tools to create her layers. She uses oil, pastel, graphite, inks, charcoals and collaged watercolor papers to enhance her canvas. She then applies paint, using her fingers and big fat brushes to move it around. Vicki is always experimenting with colors and mark making.
